Marco Allegra

Marco Allegra is a postdoctoral researcher at the Instituto de Ciências Sociais da Universidade de Lisboa (ICS-UL), Portugal. His main research interest includes Middle Eastern politics and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, political geography and critical policy analysis. He has published on these topics in journals such as Environment and Planning A, Urban Studies, Citizenship Studies, Mediterranean Policy, International Journal of Urban and Regional Research, Planning Theory and Research. He is the author of a monograph on the history of Palestinian nationalism (Carocci 2010), and the co-editor (with Enrico Gualini and João  Mourato) of a collection on planning conflicts (Jovis 2015).
