Palestine Book Awards celebrating 10 years
Palestine Book Awards will celebrate its 10th Anniversary this year and bring together authors, publishers and friends. With poetry, films and excerpts from winning and shortlisted books, readers are also encouraged to submit their prose and poetry on Palestine and let us know who inspires you.
The Palestine Book Awards hosts an annual ceremony to honour and endorse the best books written in English on the subject of Palestine. The awards promote existing books on Palestine as well as encouraging new authors to write about this sensitive but important topic with the aim of drawing attention to a cause that rests at the heart of the Middle East.
To celebrate this milestone we have put together this video to remember those 10 year incredible years trying to cover some of the winners to the shortlisted authors.
The MEMO team would like to celebrate all those who have won an Award over the past decade and have welcomed many of them back to discuss the importance of literature and prose to the Palestinian cause.
Join us on Twitter to celebrate the great literary works.
