Dr. Abdalqader Steih
He was born in the city of Ramallah in 1971. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in the same city, he completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Islamic Studies at Jerusalem University. He received his master's degree in Birzeyt University's Arab and Islamic history department with his thesis titled The Relationship of the Ottoman State and Local Powers in the Sanjak of Jerusalem (1702-1707). He received her PhD degree with her thesis titled Ottoman administration in Sanjak of Jerusalem (First Half of XVIII. Century) in the Turkish History New Age section of Marmara University.
He worked as a teacher in 1995, then he was appointed as High School Manager in 2007. He currently works as a branch manager at Ramallah Yunus Emre Turkish Cultural Center, where he started his mission in 2017.
He has a published book, named Ottoman Jerusalem between 1700-1757 and also his common work titled A Handbook Of The Ottoman Palestine Place Names And Atlas (1516-1917)
