The hundred year hunger

Alongside israel's current offensive in gaza, the weaponisation of food has been an overwhelming cause of civilian suffering and mortality. History has shown that this is not a new phenomenon. “The hundred year hunger" explores a timeline of chronic food deprivation and malnutrition among the most vulnerable in gaza. Drawing from palestinian, israeli and international sources, efforts and challenges faced by humanitarian aid organisations are investigated, and what is required to stabilise gaza’s nutritional future.
